4-Week All Levels Wheel Throwing

Four weeks. Twelve hours. Plenty of time to get your hands dirty.

Whether you're sitting at the pottery wheel for the first time or looking to build on what you already know, this four-week course is designed to meet you where you are.

Beginners will learn the fundamentals of wheel throwing, from centering clay to creating their first forms. Returning students will have the opportunity to refine their technique, explore new shapes, and develop greater consistency and confidence.

Expect plenty of hands-on practice, individual guidance, and room to experiment. No previous experience required.

Course Details

Dates: November 7, 14, 28 & December 5, 2026
Time: Saturdays, 1 to 4 PM
Duration: 4 classes, 3 hours each (12 hours total)

Level: All levels, including complete beginners

Please note that there is no class on Saturday, November 21.

Course Fee

$300 + HST

Your enrollment includes:

• 12 hours of guided, in-studio instruction

• A basic pottery tool kit

• 5 kg of clay

• All firing and glazing costs for course work

• A welcoming, small-group learning environment

Additional clay is available for purchase at $55 + HST per 10 kg.
