8-Week Wheel-Throwing Classes

Our 8-week wheel-throwing classes are designed for adults looking to build skill, confidence, and consistency on the pottery wheel in a supportive, thoughtfully run studio environment.

Classes are kept small to allow for individual guidance, hands-on problem solving, and meaningful progress over time. Across eight weeks, students develop technical ability, repetition-based confidence, and a deeper understanding of process and form.

Tuesday: Beginner Wheel Throwing

Instructor: Natalee

Designed for those new to clay or looking to rebuild strong foundations.

Students are guided through centering, throwing core forms, trimming, glazing, and essential studio practices at a steady, approachable pace. Instruction focuses on clear demonstrations, structured repetition, and supportive feedback to help build confidence from the ground up.

Thursday: All Levels Wheel Throwing (Foundation + Refinement)

Instructor: Valérie

An all-levels course designed for both beginners and returning students.

New potters build strong core skills through repetition and guided practice. Returning students focus on refining technique, improving efficiency, strengthening form, and developing greater control on the wheel. Instruction is layered and responsive so each student progresses at their own level within a focused, shared environment.
